Privacy should be plain and practical.
TFMC aims to collect only what is needed, explain who receives it, and use church-owned service accounts.
Information you choose to share
TFMC may receive information you submit through prayer, contact, coffee-request, newsletter, scheduling, or giving services. Each form should explain what it collects and why.
Who receives it
General contact messages should go to a church-owned shared inbox. Prayer and coffee requests should go only to the pastoral or prayer recipients described on those forms. TFMC will not add contact or prayer-form submitters to its newsletter without separate, explicit consent.
Our service providers
Release 1 is expected to use Formspree for forms, Brevo for newsletters, Google Calendar and Meet for virtual introductions, YouTube and Church Online Platform for worship, and a selected independent giving provider. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Giving and sensitive information
This site does not collect card or bank details. Prayer-request contents should not be placed in public analytics, calendar events, or error logs. Do not send emergency requests through a website form.
